Description
We should investigate and document the support for verification of libraries. E.g., it seems that Kontrol doesn't support verification of standalone libraries, but library function can be verified if it's "deployed" within the Foundry test.

Research direction
Start by investigating Kontrol's support for verifying standalone libraries and library functions deployed within a Foundry test. Document the observed behavior, limitations, and any distinction between these cases. Done means the library-verification support and the standalone-library gap are clearly described.
