Description
Follow up to https://github.com/runtimeverification/kontrol/pull/612.
We need to support NatSpec comments for specifying length of dynamically sized parameters in constructors. There's also some repetition between Method and Constructor classes implementations, so they could be further refactored.

Research direction
Start by reviewing PR 612 and comparing the existing Method and Constructor class implementations. Determine how NatSpec comments currently specify dynamic parameter lengths, then verify that constructors support the same behavior and assess whether the repeated implementations can be refactored. Done means constructor dynamic sizes are handled through NatSpec comments.
