Description
Similarly to hevm and Halmos, we should provide a --symbolic-storage CLI option that would make all storage symbolic from the very start of the execution (in contrast to contract-specific symbolic storage enabled by the kevm.symbolicStorage() cheatcode.
This feature would also be helpful for benchmarking and comparison with related tools.

Research direction
Start by tracing Kontrol's existing CLI option handling and the current kevm.symbolicStorage cheatcode path; the issue names no repository files or tests. Done means a --symbolic-storage option makes all storage symbolic from the start of execution, with behavior suitable for benchmarking against hevm and Halmos.
