https://github.com/runtimeverification/kontrol/pull/184 adds --no-forge-build which excludes forge build from kontrol build, letting the user run forge build in the desired configuration before kontrol build. We might also add another command, e.g., --forge-build-command which takes a string argument that we pass to forge build within kontrol.

Read issue 177 and pull request 184 first, then trace the kontrol build entry point and its existing --no-forge-build handling. Decide how a configurable forge build command should be represented and passed through, and define completion as kontrol build honoring the selected command while preserving the current default behavior.
