Description
As part of aligning kontrol prove with forge test behavior (https://github.com/runtimeverification/kontrol/issues/124), we should add a way to let kontrol terminate with the 0 exit code even when a proof fails, similar to the following Foundry's flag:
--allow-failure
Exit with code 0 even if a test fails.

Research direction
Start at the kontrol prove command entry point and review issue #124 for the intended alignment with forge test. The work is complete when --allow-failure is accepted and a failed proof still causes kontrol prove to exit with code 0.
