Description

We should remove antiLeft entirely.

1. it is unnecessarily restrictive in the patterns which it accepts, and
2. the parser exposes its internal state in its return value.

Research direction

Start by locating the AntiLeft parser and every reference to it in the Haskell backend. Check how its removal affects callers and existing tests; done means AntiLeft is no longer present or referenced and the relevant test suite still passes.
