Description
We may not necessarily achieve all of these, but this is the order we can tackle them in:
- All KEVM proofs pass on Haskell backend.
- All KEVM proofs pass fast enough on Haskell backend to run on CI.
- Audit of all proofs in KEVM to remove any unused lemmas.
- Organize lemma body.

Research direction
The issue is a project-goals checklist rather than a scoped change and does not name files, tests, or entry points. Begin by identifying the KEVM proofs and Haskell backend workflow, then determine which single goal can be isolated; completion would require a defined proof, performance, lemma-audit, or lemma-organization target.
