Description
See https://mattermost.web.cern.ch/rucio/pl/84g7j46empnrdge5oz8n3njcfe
Essentially Rucio assumes that gfal2 (libraries) and python-gfal2 (bindings) are installed in the environment.
Mention this in this installation. Also maybe mention an installation with conda (Which is able to install the libs right away)

Research direction
Start with the installation documentation section referenced by the issue and review the Mattermost discussion for the expected gfal2 and python-gfal2 prerequisites. Document those dependencies and, if confirmed in scope, the conda installation path; done means the installation instructions clearly explain the required libraries and bindings.
