Description
Today in the Rucio meeting, we shortly discussed the source selection algorithm and we realized that
- There is no recommendation on how distances and the hop penalty should be set
- There is no mention that there's a default value of 10 for hop-penalty
at https://rucio.github.io/documentation/operator/transfers/transfers-preparer/
It'd be useful add info on these points.
