Research direction

Start at the QA site by signing in through /all_casa_admins/sign_in as an admin and inspect the admin dashboard table for monitoring supervisors' cases on a mobile screen. Identify the dashboard entry point and related styles, then verify the table displays cleanly at mobile widths and include before-and-after screenshots in the pull request.
