Description
Add an emancipation checklist summary button to the transition aged youth column beside any youth that is transition aged (i.e. if a youth is marked as transition aged, along with that information in the transition aged youth column we would like to add an emancipation checklist summary button like the one that is currently present on the CASA Case Details page).

The Emancipation Checklist Summary button on the CASA Case Details page:
This may not fit, consider making it a dropdown or just showing something like (3/19). The overall goal here is to make something that encourages the use of the emancipation checklist.

Research direction
Start at the /casa_cases and /volunteers views, then compare their transition aged youth columns with the existing emancipation checklist summary button on the CASA Case Details page. Determine how the button or its information should fit beside each eligible youth, including whether a dropdown or progress value is needed. Done means supervisors and admins can access the checklist summary for every transition-aged youth from both tabs.
