Description

The word legacy is in the db. This was from a 2006(?) migration. Check it's not referenced in ui or logic, and then add migrations to remove.

Research direction

Search the database, UI, and application logic for the legacy reference, then inspect the existing migration history around the 2006 migration. Confirm whether the term is still referenced anywhere before preparing migrations to remove it; done means the old reference is removed without remaining UI or logic dependencies.
