Description
Retry never sets loading back to true, so a retry shows no spinner. Concurrent toggles of the same row aren't sequenced, so out-of-order responses can leave stale state.

Research direction
Start by opening tasks.tsx and trace the retry path and the state updates for repeated toggles on one row. Verify that retry displays loading again and that responses from concurrent toggles cannot leave the row in stale state.
