Multiple reports
I am having trouble with added conditions and symptoms that I save one day not appearing next time. I have been using both website and app and quite often I just see the first few conditions I listed on Day 1, not those I’ve added since. Same with symptoms. So I can’t rate the extra conditions and symptoms unless I add them again each day. Everything appears in the History section though, a row for everything I’ve added. iPhone 6, fully updated, with Chrome browser.

Research direction
Reproduce the report by adding several conditions and symptoms, then starting the next check-in through the website and app context described. Compare the selectable list with History to trace where saved entries stop being included. Done means previously added conditions and symptoms appear for the next check-in without being added again, while remaining visible in History.
