Description

If you've typed in a custom filter (reviewer tags, for example), you will still see the text in the filter after changing the track filter or navigating to another page and back, but the filter will no longer be applied.

Steps to reproduce: filter by a keyword (status: accepted, for example), change the track, lose the filtering but still see the phrase in the text box.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the described steps in the CFP app: enter a custom filter, change the track, and navigate away and back. Trace how the filter text and applied filter state are handled across those transitions; done means the visible filter remains applied, or its text is cleared when its filtering state is lost.
