Description
The page lacks a lot of page links/contents compared to the en version ( http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/documentation/ ).
The en version has
- Getting Started
- Manuals
- Reference Documentation
- Editors and IDEs
- Further Reading
sections, but the ja version only has the manuals section, which also seems to be not completed.
I think we should add each sections to the ja version as well, @hsbt what do u think?

Research direction
Compare the Japanese documentation page at http://www.ruby-lang.org/ja/documentation/ with the English page at http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/documentation/; start by locating the Japanese page source in the website repository. Add the missing sections and complete the manuals links so the Japanese page covers the same documented areas as the English version.
