Hi,
https://github.com/ruby/rbs/commit/242422fa314db2bf99b39a3cea168eb13159a999 is adding https://rubygems.org/gems/extconf_compile_commands_json as dependency, but it seems to be unmaintained for the past two years. Also their git tags are not up to date with their releases on rubygems.org.
