Description

In our documentation, we have many links to wikipedia; I have found the fragment targets (ids on the pages) to be not as stable as I'd like. (Indeed, we currently have many invalid fragments in our links.)

I'd like to change as many of these links as possible to point to mozilla, which I think is far more stable. I'm happy to do this work; it will be substantial, so I'd like to know that I'll have a reviewer. Anyone willing?

No documentation files or tests are named in the issue. Begin by inventorying the Wikipedia links and their fragment targets, then identify corresponding Mozilla pages; done means replacing as many links as possible while avoiding invalid fragments and getting the requested review.
