Description

In planning ahead for when Ractors are no longer just experimental, it would be great if the C-extension could be made Ractor-safe, or marked as such if it already is so! Would be happy to send in a PR in the later case.

Research direction

The issue names no files, tests, or entry point. Start by inspecting the fcntl C extension and determining its current Ractor-safety status. Done means either making the extension Ractor-safe or documenting that it already is.
