Research direction
Start by reading the Go implementations and callers of migrate.SetIgnoreUnknown, comparing them with Exec and SetSchema, which the report says work correctly. Reproduce the undefined return behavior and identify the intended return contract. Done means SetIgnoreUnknown behaves consistently with the public migration API and has a regression test covering the reported call.
