Description

It would be great if RTK could compact HAR-archives, useful when you want claude to learn correct way of setting up a remote system (say you want to create new MCP server or an agent), the only necessary data is request/response data and its order, but not stack frames and timings. Maybe even convert it to plain HTTP-format, it's even more token-friendly than json/yaml.
Just had to manually remove unused nodes form HAR and could save about 70% of the file.

Research direction

Start by locating RTK's HAR archive handling and CLI entry point. Clarify whether the feature should emit compact JSON, plain HTTP format, or both; it is done when request/response data remains in order while stack frames and timings are omitted, with coverage for the chosen output.
