Description
Proposal to add alternate implementations of the Arm Controller app. Some ideas to consider:
- Game controller (references: joystick controller, xbox controller)
- Web app (reference: web integration service)
- Desktop app with updated gui (reference: nicegui joystick)
All examples should reuse the same DDS system arm material.
It may be a worthwhile exercise to consider supporting multiple arms w/ exclusive ownership qos.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing Arm Controller app and the linked joystick controller, Xbox controller, web integration service, and NiceGUI joystick examples. Choose and scope one alternate implementation first; done should include an implementation that reuses the same DDS system arm material. Multi-arm exclusive-ownership QoS is an additional design consideration, not a defined acceptance criterion.
