Include additional packages in tinytex::install_tinytex() to have it work out of box with Jupyter

I have moved to using TinyTex with Jupyter, however to do so I need to install 16 additional packages (listed below) to make this work with the version of tinytext on CRAN or if I install the dev version of tinytex.

Would a pull request be welcome to add these into the base install of tinytex::install_tinytex() to have it work out of box with Jupyter?

Inspect tinytex::install_tinytex() and its existing package-selection logic, then compare it with the 16 packages listed in the issue. Done means the base installation includes those packages and TinyTeX works out of the box with Jupyter; verify the result with a representative Jupyter workflow.
