request for a template for a project MUSE journal

Requesting to include a template for Observational Studies. Latex files are available here

I have upgraded all my packages to their latest versions (e.g., R, RStudio, and R packages), and also tried the development version: remotes::install_github('rstudio/rticles').

Download the linked latex_sample_files.zip and inspect the Observational Studies files first, then compare them with the repository's existing article-template layout. Done means the journal template is included and produces the requested journal format from R Markdown; verify it against the supplied sample files.
