Description

Currently, board_github accepts a token argument, but does not use it. Let's use it and add a test that passes a token in.

Research direction

Start with board_github in pins/constructors.py around line 245 and trace how its token argument is currently handled. Add a test that supplies a token and verifies it is used, then run the relevant Python test suite to confirm the behavior.
