Packrat library not showing in the console window

Description
After unbundling a packrat file and upon opening the project my packrat library is missing from the console window. Is there another step that needs to be done to initialize my packrat packages into my project? I tried packrat::init and packrat::restore but nothing seems to load packrat into the library.
