'mgcv' package - installation update error

Description
I can't install update of mgcv package by
install.packages("mgcv", lib=".../packrat/lib-R")
I got an error:
ERROR: ‘mgcv’ is not a legal package name
Warning in install.packages :
installation of package ‘mgcv’ had non-zero exit status
Does someone know what is going on?
