Error: package ‘RColorBrewer’ is required by ‘qdap’ so will not be detached

I get this error for multiple packages that are installed. (Also Hmisc)

Reproduce the failure with the reported packrat::init(options = list(ignored.packages="ggplot")) command and the listed package set. Trace the package installation and detachment handling around the RColorBrewer/qdap error; done when initialization installs the package set without this error.
