Description
I installed the latest version of packrat from github, and typed the following under my R project:
options(repos = "http://cran.r-project.org/")
packrat::init()
But the init command fails and return "Error in res0[, "Package"]: subscript out of bounds
This issue bothers me quite a lot, is there anyone to help?

Research direction
Reproduce the failure in an R project by setting options(repos = "http://cran.r-project.org/") and running packrat::init(). Start with the reported "res0[, "Package"]: subscript out of bounds" error; done means packrat::init() completes successfully for this setup.
