Description
Summary
Our Helm charts are relatively complex and in general, complex Kubernetes deployment steps are better suited to operators than Helm charts. We have Posit Team operators available at posit-dev/team-operator. We should update this set of helm charts to rely on the operators, and simplify them. We will likely need a sub-issue per product.
Acceptance Criteria
- Workbench charts are updated to use
team-operator - Connect charts are updated to use
team-operator - Package Manager charts are updated to use
team-operator - Reference architecture documentation is updated across all three products
- posit-dev/team-operator needs to move to GA

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing Helm charts for Workbench, Connect, and Package Manager, then read the posit-dev/team-operator project to understand the intended replacement. Split the work into product-specific sub-issues. Done means all three chart sets use team-operator, reference architecture documentation is updated, and team-operator has moved to GA.
