Description
With the release of Workbench 2023.09.0, there are new configuration options (https://docs.posit.co/ide/server-pro/load_balancing/configuration.html#enable-load-balancing). The helm chart should use the configuration and drop the documentation around supplying launcherPem and global.secureCookieKey as these will automatically be generated and stored in the DB now.

Research direction
Start by locating the Helm chart configuration and documentation for launcherPem and global.secureCookieKey, then compare them with the linked Workbench 2023.09.0 load-balancing configuration. Done means the chart uses the new configuration options and no longer documents supplying values that are generated and stored in the database.
