Description

As we standardize on labels/annotations for jobs / sessions, we should document these standards and use relevant ones for our services as well (Connect, Workbench, PackageManager, etc.)

Some ideas:

Labels app.kubernetes.io/name=rstudio_connect
                   app.kubernetes.io/version=2022.07.0-dev_76-dirty
Annotations: connect.rstudio.com/server-address: http://localhost:30080/

Research direction

Review the existing jobs and sessions label and annotation usage for Connect, Workbench, and PackageManager, then compare it with the proposed app.kubernetes.io and connect.rstudio.com entries. Document the agreed standards and apply relevant metadata consistently across the named services; done means the standards are documented and each applicable service uses them.
