Description
We have our old / hacky method of testing the library chart. We should port it over to this repo so that we can use it / something (i.e. would have simplified #176 testing / iteration)

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by locating the existing library-chart testing method in this repository and comparing it with the old method referenced in the issue; clarify the port's scope before changing anything. Done means the repository has a usable, repeatable way to test the library chart and support the testing and iteration described in #176.
