[Feature] `layout_stack()` to wrap Bootstrap stacks

Description
Bootstrap 5.1 added a stacks feature with options for horizontal or vertical stacks. This could be wrapped up in a layout_stack() function:
layout_stack <- function(
...,
direction = c("horizontal", "vertical"),
gap = NULL,
class = NULL,
style = NULL
) {
# ...
}
We could maybe also include a stack_spacer() object similar to nav_spacer(). It would potentially set margin auto in the left or top direction based on the stack direction (horizontal, vertical respectively).
