Description

Toolbar button groups like

toolbar_button_group(
  toolbar_input_button("revise", ...),
  toolbar_input_button("download", ...),
  toolbar_input_button("close", ...)
)

Would probably include some minimal button-group wrapper, ideally we would make a button group wrapper that works for normal size buttons and if put in a toolbar, just works there too.

Research direction

Start by tracing the existing toolbar_input_button helper and the toolbar button markup it produces. Define the behavior of a toolbar_button_group that also works for ordinary buttons, then verify that grouped revise, download, and close buttons render correctly both inside and outside a toolbar.
