Description
We currently init some task attributes like sighandler and blocked signals from the initial rr process, but that's wrong. Like the env, the attributes could be different for |rr record| than for |rr replay|.

Research direction
Trace where task attributes such as sighandler and blocked signals are initialized from the initial rr process, then compare the record and replay paths with environment handling. Done means those attributes come from the appropriate |rr record| or |rr replay| process state rather than always from the initial process.
