Description
On Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS. I've tried with the apt-get instructions and by following the capnproto install-from-source instructions. Both result in this output when I try to build rr:
james@gig ~/workspace/rr.bin $ CC=clang CXX=clang++ cmake -G Ninja ../rr
-- Checking for module 'capnp'
-- No package 'capnp' found

Research direction
Start by reproducing the reported CC=clang CXX=clang++ cmake -G Ninja ../rr command on Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS, after reviewing the apt-get and capnproto install-from-source steps described in the issue. Done means CMake detects the capnp package and the rr configuration proceeds without the reported error.
