Description

This would make the setup of scratch args much simpler and a bit faster. We do the same thing already for the syscallbuf.

Research direction

Start by reading the existing syscallbuf mapping path and the code that sets up scratch arguments. Compare how scratch memory is currently handled with the syscallbuf approach. Done means tracee scratch memory is mapped into the rr address space and scratch-argument setup is simpler without changing existing behavior.
