Description
As it was mentioned in the https://github.com/ros2/ros2_documentation/issues/1631#issuecomment-853285622 comment, one of the long-term goals on tf2 tutorials is to move them here and host on a per package based documentation.
I understand we can't do that right, but I suggest to create a /doc folder in /tf2 to host Architecture.rst and index.rst documentation files in a similar manner to launch repo: https://github.com/ros2/launch/tree/master/launch/doc/source. Doing so will make subsequent transfer of tutorials much easier. What do you think about it?
