Description

Description

Currently the Windows builds take up a really long time on the CI. This is not awesome and take up a lot of resources.

Motivation

In this ticket we will try to investigate how long the build takes in CI compared to builds on Ubuntu and see if there is anything we can do to reduce this.

Design / Implementation Considerations

If we want to support ROS2 on Windows and eventually some type of community provided package build on Windows, it would be awesome if it wouldn't take 5 hours per build....
