Description

The "go-to-definition" on any namespace part doesn't work. The only part that works is the final piece. For example:

alpha.beta.doSomething. go-to-definition fails for alpha, beta, but works properly for doSomething.

Research direction

Start at the go-to-definition entry point and reproduce the issue with alpha.beta.doSomething. Verify that definition lookup works for the middle namespace parts alpha and beta, as well as the final doSomething part.
