Description
This issue documents Roku's unique handling of manifest parsing.
- manifest keys include leading, internal, and trailing spaces
- manifest values include leading, internal, and trailing spaces
- an empty manifest key is valid. (i.e.
=i_have_an_empty_key)

Eventually we should handle these properly

Research direction
No file or test entry point is named. Start by reproducing the Roku manifest examples described in the issue, including spaces around keys and values and an empty key. Done means manifest parsing preserves leading, internal, and trailing spaces and accepts =i_have_an_empty_key.
