Description

would be great if the parser could identify when brs syntax could be upgraded to bs syntax.

for example, consider:

cellSettings = ml_ListMixin_createCellSettings("ml_Cell", [480, 600], 100, 200)

this could be :

cellSettings = ml.ListMixin.createCellSettings("ml_Cell", [480, 600], 100, 200)

Research direction

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the parser and diagnostic handling for BrightScript and inspect how dotted syntax is recognized. Use the examples in the issue to define the diagnostic, then add coverage showing that convertible brs syntax is identified as eligible for bs syntax.
