Description
currently z = -(x + y) gets reformatted as z = - (x + y) by the formatter. We should keep the minus sign next to the parens.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by running the formatter on z = -(x + y) and locate the formatting path for a negative expression followed by parentheses. Done means the output keeps the minus sign adjacent to the opening parenthesis.
