bruh please help

hi im 13 im new to the new linux thing. so i installed arch on my laptop and im trying to install proxychains. i fist tried it with some proxy servers i found on the internet but it said:

so than i tried to install tor because i toght it was because of the port on witch the servers were located didnt match the browsers port. so i tried again like this :
