Description
Beginner Contributor Guide contains too many elements. Needs to be more GitHub focused, and that the other elements (discussion of editors, local clones, etc.,) should be stripped out. The Create New Document in GitHub document needs to be consolidated into one document for beginners.

Research direction
Start with the Beginner Contributor Guide and the Create New Document in GitHub document linked in the issue. Identify the editor, local-clone, and other non-GitHub sections, then consolidate the remaining beginner GitHub workflow into one guide; done means the guide is focused and redundant material is removed.
