Update basic network config doc with newer options

This issue references the existing document, "Network Configuration."

This document explains setting up a basic NetworkManager configuration with Rocky Linux, using IPv4. According to SiteGround.com, "the primary difference between IPv4 and IPv6 is that IPv4 uses a 32-bit address while IPv6 employs a 128-bit address." This allows one to use a wider range of IP addresses in setting up the network.

We invite a community member to update or add instructions in the existing document for using this new functionality.

As part of this update, please add the tag "IPv6" to the meta information.

Update that document with instructions for the newer IPv6 functionality and add the IPv6 tag to its metadata; the work is done when the revised documentation is complete and follows repository conventions.
