Description
Improve UI: RED Library marking hidden in bottom of list when using many resources and libraries
Consider adding some more obvious RED icon marking in resource list header (and maybe also in run tab) to clearly mark that one or more underlying libraries link is broken.
To ease early identification of such issues, instead of failing first and having to figure out its a pythonpath or library definition issue.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue with many resources and libraries, then inspect the resource list header and run tab mentioned in the report. Done means a broken library link has an obvious RED indicator before execution, making pythonpath or library-definition problems easier to identify.
