Description
I've tried several ways to deploy rfdetr-seg-preview weights to both the workspace and to a version. I've tried the pth file as well as the weights.pt. From the web interface, it just looks like the model is pending upload but has been in that state for several weeks. I've tried with weights I've trained as well as weights downloaded from a roboflow trained model.
These are my library versions:
rfdetr 1.3.0
roboflow 1.2.10
torchmetrics 1.8.2
torchvision 0.20.1

Research direction
Start by reproducing the pending upload through the web interface using the reported rfdetr-seg-preview weights and library versions. Compare deployment attempts with the .pth and weights.pt files, then trace the upload path until the failure is identified; done means the weights upload and deploy successfully or the issue has a documented failure cause.
