Description

We have had some issues without headless breaking our full openCV packages. We unfortunately need this for other functions so would appreciate a way to run the SDK without it

Research direction

Review the package dependency and release configuration to understand how the SDK currently selects headless OpenCV. Define a supported release path using full OpenCV without breaking existing SDK functions, then verify the package can be installed and used alongside the requested OpenCV features.
